Community Access TV (CATV) is public access television Channel 2. We are designated to receive the funds and manage the channel provided by Time Warner Cable in its franchise agreement with the City of Erie, Pennsylvania.

Officially, the "City of Erie Cable TV Access Corporation" (CATV), is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, contributions to which are tax deductible according to the law.

You can get involved with CATV by attending one of our free member orientations. Anyone that lives, works, or belongs to an organization based in Erie, PA can sign up to become a member at a reduced rate. Learn how to produce your own programming and air your show right here on Channel 2!
